The journey begins...
Welcome to my blog. This project is for me a form of extreme education as I interview 50 Attraction Marketing and Networking Professionals, and the blog is a record of my journey. Who knows where it will take me, who I may meet, and what I may discover along the way.
This week I took my first real step on this journey when I had the privilege of interviewing Gene Hamilton of iTakeTheLead. I took forward to sharing a few pearls of wisdom from my interview with Gene, as well as a some gems from other interviews that I have coming up, along with profiles of the interviewees.
The end goal of the project is a finished book in the 50 Interviews series containing highlights of the collective wisdom of those who have moved beyond spouting about their businesses to anything with a pulse, to effectively building their network of contacts for whom they are a valuable resource.
People who attract clients and referrals rather than chasing down anyone who remotely looks like a prospect and trying to club them into submission with endless product spiels and an aura of near desperation.
I invite you to come along on the journey with me. Learn what works for people who are successful in this arena, what fits with your personality and goals, and what doesn’t.
